Amendment: sunset & sunrise time: AU Rule 13.02
Kenny recommended to the AU for an exemption from the AU race rule 13.02

It was explained to all present at this meeting, Jan 10/04 and all present reps voted for (unanimously) the exception of the above exemption upon approval by the AU Competition Standards Committee.
I will (Kenny Oliver) again notify the AU on our vote and we will need to wait for their reply on our request for exceptance of the exemption of the above rule 13.02. As soon as I hear back from the AU I will notify all GNCC members about the AU decision.
